Terms and Conditions – 399 Game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 399 Game website at 399game.ws, creating an account, making a deposit or using any game, feature or promotional offer on the platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 399 Game. These Terms and Conditions govern that relationship in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using 399 Game and close your account. Continued use of the platform after reading these terms constitutes acceptance. 399 Game recommends that all players save or print a copy of these terms for their own records.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any additional terms specific to individual promotions, bonus offers or game types that may be published separately on the 399 Game platform. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term takes precedence for that promotion.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 399 Game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 399 Game operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly accept registrations from anyone under 18.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts and other legal entities may not register accounts at 399 Game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 399 Game or any of its affiliated software and payment providers.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into this agreement.
• You must not be excluded from gambling or have an active self-exclusion in place at 399 Game or through any connected programme.
• You must not be registering for the purpose of conducting research, monitoring competitors or engaging in any form of commercial analysis of the 399 Game platform.

399 Game reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active account at 399 Game at any given time. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, a different name, the same mobile number, or the same device or IP address – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering at 399 Game, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your 399 Game account credentials – username and password – confidential and secure.
• You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 399 Game support immediately at support@399game.ws.
• 399 Game is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed or when significant activity is detected. This may involve providing a government-issued ID, proof of address or additional documentation. 399 Game handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 399 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits at 399 Game are processed instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are typically processed within a few minutes.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted at 399 Game.
• All deposited funds must come from legitimate sources. 399 Game operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring as part of its compliance obligations.
• 399 Game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposited funds are held separately from 399 Game operational funds and are available for gaming or withdrawal in accordance with these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 399 Game are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, 399 Game will work with you to arrange an alternative method. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts and wallets registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 399 Game is Rs 500. There is no processing fee charged by 399 Game on withdrawals, though your receiving payment provider may apply charges. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• KYC verification must be completed before first withdrawal. This is a one-time process for most players.
• Real money and bonus funds are tracked separately. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• 399 Game may delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, AML or account verification concerns are outstanding.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds at 399 Game carry wagering requirements ranging from 1x (cashback) to 10x (deposit match) unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
• While a deposit bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rs 1,000 on slots and Rs 2,000 on table games. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless a specific promotion states a different validity period.
• Each bonus at 399 Game is available once per player, household, IP address and device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Slot games contribute 100% of stakes towards wagering requirements. Live table games, card games and sports bets contribute 20% unless stated otherwise.
• Real money balance is played first before bonus funds. You may withdraw your real money balance at any time, but doing so will forfeit any active bonus funds and associated wagering progress.

Bonus abuse – including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any pattern of play designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment – is a breach of these terms. 399 Game reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and close accounts where abuse is identified.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 399 Game use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game outcomes are determined by this technology and are not influenced by previous results, player history or 399 Game operations. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay at 399 Game – including server disconnection, game software crash, or a display error – all bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. Wins generated during a verifiably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand a game's rules before placing real-money bets. Demo mode is available on most titles at 399 Game for this purpose.
• The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's rules in addition to these terms. 399 Game displays game rules in the game's information panel.
• If a game result is disputed, the 399 Game game logs constitute the authoritative record. These logs are maintained with timestamp accuracy and are available for review upon request.
• Progressive jackpot wins at 399 Game are paid in full in PKR directly to the winning player's account balance, subject to standard KYC verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399 Game platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and real money balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one account at 399 Game, whether under your real identity or a false one.

• Attempting to launder money through the 399 Game platform in any form.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by 399 Game.
• Impersonating any 399 Game employee, partner or other player.
• Chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions without first attempting to resolve the matter with 399 Game support.

9. Responsible Gaming

399 Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain healthy habits. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps at 399 Game. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive reminders showing how long you have been playing in a single session on 399 Game.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

399 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, or identification of a player as under 18 years of age.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 399 Game will contact the player via their registered email address with details of the steps required to resolve the matter.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds (and in cases of fraud, all funds) may be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned subject to verification of their legitimate origin.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 399 Game support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
• Self-excluded accounts at 399 Game cannot be reopened during the exclusion period and re-registration is not permitted.

13. Amendments to These Terms

399 Game may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 399 Game will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a notification displayed within the platform on next login. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the 399 Game platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using 399 Game and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
